The search begins
We select the correct boards for the job
We have to carefully consider what the customer wants
Some beautiful burrs on these boards
Once chosen, we rough cut the boards so we can figure out how they should be positioned
Then the boards are thicknessed, planed, jointed and glued.
Then they are sanded, stained to colour if required and finished with x3 coats of hard-wearing lacquer.
The end result. A stunning top, ready to be delivered and reunited with its legs

We use steel plates which allow for expansion to fix them to the tops
